Getting Payment theory updated

At newsi18 we were paying through direct bank transfer, but from now onwards we will use Checks to transfer the payments to respective authors. However some of our authors were not happy by our this step but it was a step to get ourselves more professional.

We will now send a Registered post containing authors check on 10th of every month, and it is expected that it must reach authors home in 3-7 working days. So it can be assured that our authors will get their earning in hand before 20th of that month.

However one should note that, if a author complete his/her posts after 10th of any month, than his/her payment will be forwarded to next month and his/her payment check will be sent on 10th of next month only. For example if he/she complete your 100 post on 11th January than his/her check will be sent to you on 10th February; however if he/she complete on your  post on 10th January or before that, his/her check will be sent on 10th January.
